Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. I had the boat out last night with Shane as my deckhand. We only had 10 customers aboard. Go figure, I thought we have more with the nice weather. I started out in New York on some old spots were I used to fish about 20 - 25 years ago, eeling for striped bass. The spots are still there though I only found them annoying dogfish on them. Left out of there, fished the channel, deep. Got into some big bass, put some nice slobs in the boat. Was averaging one keeper a drift and then eventually the tide dropped out and the bite stopped. Anyway, that's the striped bass report. Back at next Saturday afternoon. Here's a few pics. Thanks, Capt. Scott P.S. Also, Capt. Glenn and Marko had a good day with the bottom fishing yesterday. With a lot of nice big porgies, sea bass and some tog and the 12lb. cod fish won the pool.
