Default Fall Bass Beatdown

Today was one of the best bass days I have ever had. Went to an area in Morris County I often go to and the fish were very aggressive. I caught 16 bass and three pickeral total. Caught numerous 2-3 pound bass on a perch colored rat l trap, a four pound bass on a jig, and a few others on a spinner bait. Two of the pickeral were in the 25 inch range and were caught on the rat l trap as well. It was one of those days where it was just constant action. The best part of the day was I actually had a black crappie on the jig and when I got it to shore the 4 pound bass went after it and it got off. I immediately threw the jig back out and the bass hammered it! It was something I have never seen before. This is just an example of how hungry fall bass can be. Sorry I did not have any pics of the pickeral.

Quality Bass Anthony, sounds like a fun day, especially with the Bass going after your Crappie!
