BIG "D" RePoRt 6-28
After completing all the jobs I had going last night I decided it was time to take a break. Work is something we all have to do but man it sure is overrated. Hiked a few spots on the river this morning, easy access with the water being so low. The usual suspects were biting this morning, Rock Bass, cookie cutter Smallies, but no Walleye to be found in any of the 4 areas I tried. Bleh!!! The Smallies were small and the Rockies were very aggressive. The best fish of the day would be a 20 inch GREEN CARP, Largemouth Bass. Saw this big girl cruising the shallows and hid behind a boulder so she wouldn't see me, lol. Fish ate a 6 inch black power worm weightless. Nice little relaxing session on the river.
TIGHT LINEZ!!!
