Fish Monger II Bottomfishing and Stripers

Hello all, Been out bottomfishing a few days this week and did our first ocean side striper trip as well. Looking for ling and we do see some everywhere we went but not the numbers we like to see... some days more than other but enough for some dinners out of it. Nothing great bc alot has to go back but Plenty of action with a few keeper cod and flounder, and unfortunately loads of jumbo seabass having to go back at every spot as well as some nice blackfish, even seen a few nice fluke small pollack blues n even a whiting... count down to sea bass season is on it can't come soon enough...

Our first striper trip seen nothing to live line but found some fish for Tony n crew on the troll. had some action Managed 5 bass to 33lbs and some blues. As soon as their eating the livies we will b in it... some nice day on the water thanks guys!!!

Passed on today w the wind... off shore bottomfishing wasnt an option...would have went if there was more bass in the bait on the beach... trolling all day for a couple wasn't for these guys. Enjoy the pics
