![]() Great video. Thanks for sharing. I found it interesting that they cooked the fish whole before canning.
They are still fishing this way in the Maldives. The only real difference is that the boats they use have high pressure water jest churning up the water around the boat where the guys are jigging. https://youtu.be/HP6rYThJWUg. And Greenpeace supports these guys!

![]() I think that was a precook so they could trim the meat while it was still firm. The final cooking was after i was canned.
