Default Fillet knife

Looking to pick up a filet knife for use in salt or fresh water. I see knives from $10 to $200. What do you guys use, and why? Does size really matter ? I suppose a sheath is handy, but most are leather. Leather gets AFU by salt water, no? Thanks for the input...

West marine has new line of barracuda knives
Not bad for the price, stays fairly sharp, does not rust as bad

Sharp is all that matters. It's what you buy it for.

Is $10 sharper than $60? Does it keep it's edge inexplicably longer with a wooden, plastic or rubberized handle attached?

That why we pay $400 for a cooler to save $10 in ice. The salesman got you.
