late night on the big pond

Had the green hornet out on the big pond for a late night excursion.met my ace rookie bruno at lees and lauched at 1030 fished til 330. Headed out to the first spot herring action on surface very light compared to what its been.... Bout third cast brunos on hits about. Two feet away from the boat and he lands his first ever eyeball tapped out at 21" we worked the area and made our way into the cove where they were blowing up pretty hard... I pitch out a herring on a lighted bobber bloop set the hook and leader breaks ughhhh pitch out another one bloop 22-25 hybrid hits the deck. Pick up and run to the ole faithful honey hole drop the anchor first cast baamm things jumpin like crazy thinkin to myself feels like a bass sure enough big ole largie!! If that smokin hot girl i saw at dunkin dounuts this morning could see me now.... She was on some some sort of team sponsored by tracker ugghh anywaysss wiggled around the rest of the night catchin at least a fiSh or two at evrey spot bruno got his whistle fish big ole eye at 24 1/2. Ended the night up with two eyes three brids a largie and the usual mix of crappie rockfish sunfish combo of course.

Not bad boys! Fat lady has not sung yet! I would have loved to join, but partied way too hard Saturday night and was stuck to the couch watching Shark Week til I passed out lol.
