Default PR launch

The launch at the intersection of River Rd and eagle rock Ave is completely blocked by big concrete blocks chained together. This is related i'm sure to tke reconstruction of the Eagle Rock Ave bridge. The bridge for practical puposes is no more.

The rush hour traffic caused by that bridge is ungodly

That's actually one of the poorer stretches of the river. Never done well immediately a mile above/below that bridge, Little too wide and muddy.

That is correct. The new owner of the property was advised by his lawyer to block it off due to liability concerns.

He is interested in selling the property & NJDEP’s Green Acres Program has contacted him to hopefully purchase it for public access.

That's been a popular access point for years. If that section is as lousy as Buzzbaiter says it is, it would be great to have it open again to draw people away from the good spots.
