Pasta with Clams ,Mussles,Shrimp, Scallops and Fluke
1 lb Fluke Filet
1/2 lb Mussels
1 doz Little necks
1/2 lb scallops (dry)
1/2Lb Shrimp P&D
In a sauce pan place 1/4 cup Olive Oil with 3 large cloves of thinly sliced Garlic Cook At medium heat until garlic starts to turn color then add 16oz of hand crushed Italian tomatos with 8 leaves of fresh Basil ,a pinch red pepper . Then simmer for 10 min. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add small rolled peices of fluke , Scallops and Clams, cover for 3 min until calms start to open (as soon as one opens add the next step), add mussels and Shrimp cover and simmer for 3 or 4 min or until all clams and mussels open up . Serve over Al dente Pasta and with crusty bread to dip in sauce.When served drizzle a little olive oil on top
