It is controversial. On the one hand, it would give more flexibility in managing stocks. But opponents argue that it just would weaken management. And there's still the question of providing the resources to properly count fish.

Don't get too excited Guys...it has to pass the Senate and if it does our President has vowed to veto it!! Go figure. Just another stab in the back..from the one who said "Hope and Change"!! I'd like to know why?
I work hard, I pay my taxes to fund all the people who sit on their ass, why not throw me a bone???
