How about using the Fishing reports that are still sitting in Woods Hole from 20 years ago!! More BS to keep this organization going. We sent reports (as required) every Month, every year. One of the local Captains actually stopped at the Woods hole facility to check on the progress of those reports. He was told they were sitting in the file room waiting for review. Too this day they haven't been looked at, so I call Bullshit to any of this.
How about spending some money to try and keep hard working Americans in business instead of killing us with all the bullshit!!!
