12/6 Offshore Report

Offshore fishing has been excellent!

Saturday produced more limit catches of giant sea bass and a good numbers of jumbo porgies, and some bluefish.
More fish are migrating to the offshore wrecks every day.
The season closes after December 31, so now is the time to make an offshore wreck trip.

The pool winners were :
Milo from Yonkers NY with an 7.5lb sea bass.
Mark Bogdanoff from Roseland NJ with a 7 lb sea bass. A limit catch of sea bass, 15 porgies and 2 bluefish.

The water temperature is holding around 56 degrees so we will continue to have good fishing on the offshore wrecks.
The Jamaica is scheduled to sail every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday leaving the night before at 10pm.
