Thumbs up Off Shore Sea Bass

Yesterday Went on an offshore Sea bass trip on the V out of Point Pleasant. The first drop was a very slow pick a lot of wiggles and not much. we moved and the second stop was lock and load. Big beautiful Sea bass came up.. I hooked into a huge Sea
bass Bring him to the top of the water I tried to lift him into the boat and dropped him. A tear in my eye watched him float away.. Boat limit on sea bass about 50 small Porgy and a lot of bluefish a couple of cod to 35lb. I would like to thank the mates Maria and Mike did an outstanding job. I will have to go back to get a big big sea bass. My Buddy Big Fish Bob had a Great day . Chang Wang Ralph also was hot Paul I'm to old for this had a fine day Me and Joe held our own.

Oh yes. That second stop was something else. All I could say is I had to take off the third hook off my rig because I was getting too many triple hitters that I couldn't swing and had to call for the gaff... Thanks capt jeff and crew. Had a great day and so much fun with a nice group of friends.

Thumbs up Re: Off Shore Sea Bass

Great post Big Fish Bob. The first weather window we get we should try. I had a nightmare last night about the one that got away woke up in a sweat.
