um... is there that much of a commercial demand for bluefish that they need their quota increased? i see it in shoprite occasionally and it looks disgusting! it's kind of one of those fish where if you want to eat it by choice, you better catch it fresh, bleed it and keep it on ice! even people targeting bluefish don't dress it the right way when catching them and the meet looks horrible and doesn't cook up right
