Been a few reports on here with some Makos being caught along with a bunch of Blue Dogs

Hopefully this isn't too odd of a question but what's the closest place/area to sandy hook that consistently holds blue dogs? Would like to get my feet wet shark fishing with them. Feel free to PM me

NJAdam,
Not a strange question at all. Blue sharks are always the first to appear since they like / tolerate colder water. The Mudhole area, 20 fathom line, and any of the associated structure in that area would be a good place to cut your teeth. Dakota
