![]() Ran south out of BI on Monday. Found beautiful 60 dg blue crystal clear water loaded with whales and marked bait. Trolled for an hour hoping for btf...nada! Went on the drift and only Blue sharks.

![]() Hopefully this isn't too odd of a question but what's the closest place/area to sandy hook that consistently holds blue dogs? Would like to get my feet wet shark fishing with them. Feel free to PM me
Thanks. A |

![]() NJAdam,
Not a strange question at all. Blue sharks are always the first to appear since they like / tolerate colder water. The Mudhole area, 20 fathom line, and any of the associated structure in that area would be a good place to cut your teeth. Dakota |
