Default Raritan Bay Bass Report

New to the site, so here goes...

Fished way back in RB today. Trolled from 6:30am to 11:30am and landed 26 keepers (kept one for the table) and 5 shorts. Was a beautiful day on the water. I added a couple pics...

Lots of fish!

Deck hand not impressed by the short!

By the way, has anyone seen any bunker yet. I checked from Keyport to Highlands and didn't see a one.

Thanks,
Mike

Welcome to the site and thanks for the report. Sounds like you had a great day.

I have not seen any Bunker either and was out this past Saturday and Tuesday. No Gannets either which is usually a sign Bunker or Herring are in the area.

Can't wait to start live lining and chunking. My favorite way to fish.

Gannets were diving in the waters off Officers Row last week. So yes there is food out there!
