Update on sera closures!

meeting end of month. if amendement does go forward it would be a vote by the full council to send it to public hearing, then debating what to send to nmfs. then the legal process begins before any actions to be implemented. hearings late spring then nmfs would have to move through the legal process. this would bring any implementation to 2015 to 2016. again I repeat, SLIM AND NONE AND SLIM JUST LEFT TOWN. best, capt. jim
