Default When it goes NW will the bass turn on?

East winds for a week!!!When it goes NW the migration should start. The water temp is fall and that is a good thing for bass. There is plenty of bait around to hold the stripers. The fall is a horse of a different color compared to the spring. We strictly bunker chunk and live line in the spring. If we have adult bunker in the fall we do the same as spring.

In the fall we might follow the birds one day and the next day use ells.Last week we had bass to 43'' live lining. You just have to be locked and loaded carrying soft plastics, metal.plugs and ells. This means multiple outfits.Spinning gear and conventionals. We also carry trolling rods with wire. Not my favorite way to bass fish but productive. We troll bunker spoons and umbrella rigs.Stretch plugs are good when there are herring and bunker around and are a hell of a lot easier to troll.Last year Sandy put a damper on bass fishery.Lets all hope we have a good fall run for 2013.I think we will how about you?
