![]() We ran an open trip today looking for Bonita with Vinny, John, Chris, and Joe on board. I ran to a spot that had produced well a couple of weeks ago and we were not dissapointed. Once again the bonita were huge, with the largest going 22 inches. After spending a couple of hours boating these dynamos, the guys decided they wanted to look for something larger, so I ran another hour east and we started trolling for bluefin. No luck in that department so we switched over to chunking for tuna and drifted a couple of shark baits at the same time.I couldn't get anyone interested in eating, so after a couple of hours we bagged it and ran home in pea soup fog.
We are going to do this trip again on the 13th, if you want to jump on give me a call.
