Default Pulaski King Salmon Pics

Just got these pics from a business associate of mine, Roy Smith from CT who was up on the Salmon River 9/14 and 15.

These Kings were 25 - 27 pounds.

Thumbs up Re: Pulaski King Salmon Pics

That's what I'm talking about, YEA BUDDY!!!!! Nice looking fish, and BIG!!! These fish fight like no other. It's kinda like chasing Tuna but in a river and on 10 lb test. Or a fly rod. I've had reels explode and bearings in reels turn to mush chasing those crazy Kings up and down the NY rivers.

Ahhhhhh, I'm all fired up for my trip in two weeks. Thanx for the post Gerry!!! You da man!!!

Very nice just got back last night bring your patience pills lol a lot of people more than the norm lol there was a kid in one hole who would hook a fish jump in the river. And swim down fighting the fish. When he hit the rapids stood up walked through them and jumped back on never seen nothing like it as for me i went for a swim but wasnt that fun . Going back up in two weeks maybe. Good luck be safe keep reports coming

Ps. If you intend to fish in Oswego bring the life jackets they are very serious watched 3 guys get carried out. And heard of many more

Oz is no joke! People die in that stretch every year. Life jackets or some kind of flotation device are necessary to fish the river. Be careful. Got any pics, eye candy for us buddy!!! We'll be up there the 18-20th. Will you be there???

I left my phone in the truck after a lil swim of my own. Not a hundred percent sure yet might do some striper fishing but my uncle will be up so i may tag along. But if you go up check. Over there im sorry i didn't stay over that way that for sure there was lesser people. And yes they get killed b.c they some how can't hear the whistle and the guy saying river levels rising beware and we who listen catch the brunt as usual.
Ps. You can't get buy one any where from there to fulton bring one along! I believe the fire house on i think it's 1st ave and a local marina will lend one but good luck getting one
