Miss Belmar blues
Last night, we headed out East South East. Anchored up and picked away at 8-13 lb blues. It was a light, steady pick and when it slowed down, we made a move, anchored up and had 2-5 on around the boat with shots. High hook of the night had 7. Our pool winner was a 13 lb blue. Overall, it was a fair night of blue fishing.
This morning, we looked out to the East South East where we fished yesterday and didn't find anything. We then went to the edge of the mud hole where we read some bait and fish with no luck. Ran back up North of shark river inlet and read a nice pile of fish a couple of times. We had a handful of fish on and caught a 19 lb blue, a throwback striper and we lost big blues at the boat. Our pool winner was Dave Bell from Compton, NJ with a 19 lb blue. Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & again from 7:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it. No other boat comes close. Try us and you'll see why. Pool winner Dave Bell with his catch!
