Just wondering if anyone has heard if the ramp is open in Atlantic highlands?

Was there on Sunday and no chance in hell. They are using it for a staging area for the work. Dock material is all over the ramp area.

I got an email from them yesterday saying the ramp will be open may first. I doubt it but nice to hope.
