Belmar was a total bust this morning! Freezing cold water and white caps! No one I spoke to even had a bite.

Joe just off the phone w/ Mikey and him and Sal are freezing their buns off. They still only got 2. One foul hooked the other on a deadstick. Water temp 37*. 2 more weeks! |

Yep, he didn't tell me about the way he got em.lol well we are gonna try tomm, I got the winter gear ready its howlin right now at the track. Still better then working.lol

Where are you guys getting the water temp readings? I've been trying to get water temp readings for the navesink but am only able to find for a buoy marker in sandy hook.

Fished Shark River from a boat this morning, 7:30 to 10:00. Not even a bite. Talked to the other two boats and three kayaks out there and they didnt have a bite either. Water was 36 degrees in most parts of the river. Probably would have been a little better, but the west wind had white caps by the tennis courts by 9:30am.
