The Authority had originally planned on initiating dredging operations within the Canal in early 2013. However, in order to refine the dredging design, conduct additional environmental studies and prepare for the necessary public hearing to be held after completion and publication of the Level II Environmental Information Document, the projected date for initiation of dredging activities is now scheduled for early 2014.

............and WHERE are they going to put all those fish ?
