You would most likely be better off tying, what ever rig you want then measure the spaces and drill accordingly.
I know they make a rack system for making rigs but could not find any thing on it.Good Luck

I made mine with scrap pine and just nailed in 8d finish nails where it looked good. Used cheap mono to tie rigs and moved the nails around to get what I wanted. Figured that after I got it set up I would do a new one. Still has not happened LOL. Definitely start with a long board so you can mark out how long you want to go between dropper loops. I can get you some measurements from my board if you want. Just let me know. Its just for high low rigs right now. And try searching utube. there is a guy with a video there. pretty good.

This is the board I have been using. It is 4 inches to the top nail in the triangle for the dropper loop. Smaller the triangle the smaller the loop , but you can also change the size of the loop by the direction you pull the two ends. For example, if you are tying by hand and the loop is in your mouth, you normally pull the 2 ends side to side. But if you pull them down you will have a much bigger/longer loop. I know this probably sounds weird but I can't explain it better than that.

A video to get an idea. http://youtu.be/X5sLQH_N3BM
