Great customer service
Last week I decided to put a power handle on my new Canyon Reel HS15 and in the process I over tightened the nut and broke the threads on the shaft screw …
Made a quick phone call to Don @ Canyon Reels & he said “just ship it to me”. I sent it on Monday, knowing what will take to repair the reel I didn’t have much hope to get it back in time for the RFA trip on Sunday … But here we are Wednesday & I got it back good as new… Thanks Don, I do appreciate your quick respond and great customer service. Looking forward to doing more business with Canyon reels (maybe I’ll get the HS18 2 speed Next). |

Don is top notch. Going above beyond is what Don is all about. Has some very nice new reels that he showed me a few months ago that will be big hit when they hit the market.
