Online NJ Boating Safety course
Not sure if this has been discussed, search is inconclusive.
I found a really good website for doing the Boater Safety course online. Its free until you pass the online exam and decide to do the proctored exam for your certificate. http://www.boaterexam.com/usa/newjersey/ I like it so far. Im about 2 hours into the course.

I do the proctored exams for them once you pass. www.njboatingcollege.com Sea Tow was partnering with them too.
