Default Hoboken Style Shrimp

HOBOKEN STYLE SHRIMP with BISCOTTI BISQUIT == INGREDENTS--1 large can crushed tomatoes , 1/2 small can tomato paste , 1/2 cup dry red wine , 8 cloves garlic crushed , 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil ,1/4 cup olive oil , salt and pepper to taste -- method-- heat oil in a med. sauce pan , add crushed garlic and cook to a lite gold , then add tomato paste and stir till heated , now add the crush tomatoes and red wine , stir and simmer for 45 minutes , add basil and salt and pepper to taste / INGREDENTS-- 1 1/2 POUND OF 16- 20 (SIZE) cleaned SHRIMP , 2 CUP FLOUR SEASONED WITH SALT,PEPPER AND GRANULATED GARLIC , 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL , -- METHOD== coat shrimp with flour mixture , heat oil in a large skillet , place coated shrimp in hot oil and cook about 1 minute on each side , now add the cooked thick tomato sauce over the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes more. serve the shrimp over the biscotti bisquit or over a pound of cooked lunginni pasta your choice....enjoy..you can add red pepper flakes to the sauce if you prefer it HOT...
PS. The bisquit is make by cutting Italian bread in rounds about 3/4 inch thick brushing with olive oil salt and pepper and baking for 8 minutes at 400 degrees
