puts another nail in the coffin for every recreational angler that fishes the offshore waters for sea bass during the winter months. puts more dirt in the grave of the headboats that participate in the offshore sea bass fishery. what a crock of s--t. guess the revenue generated by those who fish for sea bass in federal waters doesnt mean anything 2 our govt. arent we in a recession? now the monies spent by anglers and headboat operaters wont be spent. when is this bs gunna end geeze.
