![]() Need some input on reel for inshore ( mudhole) small tuna, codfish etc. Is the TLD 25 a good choice?? Is the penn fathom single speed decent? Ty in advance

![]() You guys would fish for cod with a 25 TLD ?.
I don’t think you would stand at the rail long . WAY too much reel for cod . Be fine for trolling or chunking even mid size tuna . Fathom 40 would be great for cod of all sizes as well as double as a great tuna jigging reel on the right rod . Comparing those 2 reels is like comparing grapes to watermelons . .
