Default Bass on the Beach

There have been lots of reports this week, so we went to see for ourselves. Action was sporadic, but frequent enough. Bass ate plugs and teasers at about a 50/50 rate. No very big fish were caught, but plenty big enough to bend a surf rod, and one angler nearly landed one that was estimated at 20 lbs.

Had a visit at the shop from Brewlugger. Good to meet you and thanks for the info. Nice catch with the black drum on the needlefish!

Hi Kevin

Do sell rod blanks and components for putting rods together?
Any info would be welcome.

My son and I are looking for a winter project.

I would much rather go local then to buy through a catalogue.

Thanks
Sea Jay
