Bonito & Blues Everyday 7:30AM

Wednesday Report 7-17
Bonito fishing was super today and we had a few blues mixed in.
A few were caught on bait but, jigging was by far the most productive method.
It was a little slow first thing in the morning, but, improved as the day went on. There were even a number of double headers coming over on a jig teaser combo.
The action was great and everyone caught plenty of fish today.
The pool winner was:
Nikolai Kryvenka from Jersey City with a 5lb Bonito.
Nikolai caught 17 Bonito and five blue fish.
Manny Molina from Reading PA caught over 2 dozen bonito and several blues.
It looks good for the upcoming weekend.
It is much cooler at sea, and there are two areas holding Bonito and blue fish.
The Big Jamaica will continue to target Bonito and blues as long as they are in range.
I expect to have good fishing on upcoming trips.

1/2 Night Ling
It also looks good for the half night ling trip this week. The Jamaica will sail from 7:30PM until 1:00AM on Saturday night.
Ling Fishing has been good on the night trips.

Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday afternoon we have a 4-hour family fun trip for Fluke & Sea Bass from 4:30PM untill 8:30.
(Thursday night is Fishing and Fireworks from 5PM - 9:45)

TUNA TRIP
7/22 is Sold out.
We have another offshore tuna trip scheduled for a midnight departure Sunday night the 28th, fishing on the 29th, returning around 5:00 p.m
We will be fishing 40-70 miles offshore for yellowfin, bluefin, and mahi.
