Default Little Crabbing

Just wanted to put it out there for all the Chicken Heads. We picked up 18 nice keeper Blue Claws and just as may babies went back in Oyster Creek on Saturday. Myself, Capt. Chris, and my daughter pulled the boat in Neptune and trailered to Tuckerton. Left at 3am to catch the tide. Glad we did cause they stopped at the change. Ran a 150 yard line of traps up the channel and around, tossed the anchor and hand lined after we pulled the string. (Maryland style) Had 4 blowfish to stuff with meat as well.
Fun day, but have to say it's early and crabbing from the bank there probably won't produce at the moment, they were pretty spread out.
Good luck to all you crabbers out there.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if it's a little too early but I might try out a little myself this weekend. I've seen some seagulls pull up some nice sized ones.
