Talked to a friend who went to the Round Valley Trout Association meeting and Shawn Crouse mentioned that Northern Pike would no longer be stocked in the Millstone river. Also changes to the Fish and Game regulations went from every 2 years to every 3 years now.

I wonder if the secret, elite, millstone-pike-anglers will finally come out of the shadows and voice against the halt of stocking, with proof of 40+ inch pike, which has been secret from public knowledge

Did they mention where the Pike that were allocated for the Millstone will now be stocked ?

I do not know where the pike would be allocated to. Maybe they will give more to Massachusetts in exchange for more Land Locks.
