If you want to show your skills, get yourself to Deal Lake on Sunday April 22. The contest is free and there are cash prizes according to the Asbury Park Fishing Club's website. There are prizes for the person who catches the most carp and for the person who catches the largest carp. The contest goes from 7 A.M. to Noon.

$200 for most carp caught ---- $100 for largest carp --- $50 for second place $25 for third place -- $25 for junior winner under 12 years of age
