Default Delaware River - Trenton to NJ/PA Turnpike Bridge

Anyone doing any fishing on the Big D in this area? Not looking to burn anyone's spots rather just looking to see what others are doing, if anything.

In addition to one small striper we pulled some cats out yesterday...nothing huge, a few nice ones though.

.

I've never fished that far South, but I'm currently working in the Ewing-West Trenton area and that section of the Delaware looks like a great place to fish. I'm interested in what other people have to say about it, too.

I was waist deep in the Big D last week but took the skunk. I fish the Scudders Falls area in Ewing up to Jacobs Creek and have caught small and large mouth bass, resident strippers, cats, eels, huge carp, have seen others catch walleye I haven't caught any myself yet, and have seen a few real big pike over the years but again I've never hooked any. The river is real low right now and like bathtub temperature wise, you can walk across in lots of places right now at low tide.

Anybody know where to buy shiners in the Yardley pa. area?
Visiting the wife's friends there this 4th weekend and I know I'll be bored and slip out the hit the river.

Wilson - check your PMs. I sent a msg but didn't want to post it here as they're not a sponsor.
