![]() Chris Musni From Pompton Lakes NJ caught our largest Fluke of the year today, a fat 29 1/2 inch 11 1/2 pound door mat. The beautiful fish feel for a new penny shrimp tipped with a sea robin strip.
We fish the ocean side today and there was a big swell that hurt the catching. I fished a lot of areas to put some keepers in the boat but it was not good. I found some keepers and think tomorrow should be better. The big fish was not in our big pool which is worth $3800 and tomorrow Labor day is the last day that a 10 pound fluke gets 1/2 the pool. 7:00 AM first boat out and we get you on the road home early. Galley open tomorrow. Thanks captain George |
