Found lost life jacket and drivers license

friday leaving the Delaware on old mine road I saw a life jacket must've blown out of a truck. Anyway I grabbed it to see if I could find who lost it. I just noticed it had a fishing license pinned to it. An nj license from last year and a pa one from current. Also an expired pa drivers license.

Names are Robert m. Fox and Justin m. Fox from pa.

Any chance someone here knows them? I have an address from the license so I could mail the licenses and a note about the life jacket I guess.

It certainly sounds like he an up & up citizen. Probably has a suspended NJ DL & now has a PA driver's license. I would call F&G & report the find.

Too bad he did not drop his cooler though I would suspect that it would just contain empty beer cans...I will give the benefit of doubt on the littering.
