NOAA seeks comments on sea turtle entanglement survey

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, NOAA needs to periodically seek public comment on the survey and suggestions for improving it. It also needs routine approval from the Office of Management & Budget (OMB). NOAA is not proposing any changes to the survey but will take suggestions.
 Now thats funny!
