Default Saturday on the shrimp

Tough day for Vintastic and I. Started in the back ended up down the beach. I was skunked, vin had one short. Long day lot of miles traveled, very poor results.

Gonna take a friend blue fishing in the bay tomorrow. Any suggestions on where to set up. I was tolled the knoll, round shoal, or between the 1 and 19 can outside of key port. Any other suggestions or advice to get my friend his first bluefish or maybe striper. Planning on anchoring and putting out some chum. Then use bunker chunks and keep our fingers crossed. Just want to bend a rod tomorrow for my friend.

We were out today and snagged lots of bunker at great kills them anchored up at round shoal. Had tons of fun with blues and my largest striper this year at 23 pounds. We live lined and incur up the bunker that floated in the live well. We moved to find more marks and ended up coming back to the same spot. Only a few boats were their and wind and tide made it a breeze to fish. Good luck tomorrow. I'm hitting the beach with kids for a change.
