Default Catfishing

How is catfishing lately? Should I try tomorrow with all that rain in a forecast?

Depends on where you're fishing. I've had some of my best catfishing days when it rained, but those were on lakes. A river may be a bit more difficult if all this rain causes a strong current.

Spring is a great time to catch them. By summer they tend to have a muddy flavor that I don't care for.

The cats are definitely lively right now. Yesterday afternoon brought a 27in 9.2lb channel to the table. Chicken livers or cut bait.... your choice. The rain will help.
