Salmon river meet and greet round-up

Well heres the scoop friday met eddie and his crew matt and bob duck or bleed at fat nancys split and headed down low in search of the steel, got down there to cloudy skies and soon after duck or bleed hooks up, thing did about a dozen cartwheels and looses a 12 inch steelie lmfao. Soon after eddies in, steelie!! and ends up with it in his hands 21-23 inch steelie. Soon after sun comes out and im hooked and land a nice steelie, so we had a slow pick friday pretty much.sat we woke up to clear skies hit back down low and got to work lot steel comin through finally found what they wanted and it was game on pretty sure just about evreyone hooked up least once or twice. Friday was tough fishing with alot of leaves in the water sat we didnt have such a problem, we did do some scouting around from trestle pool up to altmar is whats left of the salmon with steel from top to bottom, all in all not a bad trip and its only gonna get better day by day😁 just some info all guys least in my crew fish came on mostly pink stoneflies patterns and sucker spawns one or two on a org. Estaz here or there on 8 lb test. All fish released to fight another day! Big thanks to evreyone that came out ! Big thanks to eddie as always! Great trip fellas, Mikey, your right, its only going to get better! We had an AWESOME time! Lots of fish hooked lots of fish lost. My biggest fish of the weekend was a 12-14 lb Brown that came unbuttoned. Really wish that fish didn't cut me off on that damn root system. My biggest Steelie of the weekend was an 8 lber, I don't have a pic of this fish unfortunately. Some good fishing in the north country boys. You don't know what your missing. These fish will kick your ASS!!!!

Seth's BBQ was AWESOME!!! He had a nice spread for the fellas, hot dogs, kielbasa, chili and rice, salads and BEERS. Nice fire to keep the boys warm. Seth was the perfect host. Thanx again brother!!!

Hoping to do it again in November when the real BEASTS are in the river! Man oh man, I cant wait to get back up there. Thanx for coming out fellas!!! Good times were had by all!!! We had 15 anglers total that showed up to the MEET-N-GREET. Thanx again to everyone that came up. TIGHT LINEZ!!!
