Default Who's been to this Private(?) lake in Pine brook?

Snooping around on google earth and found this. It's not on the fish and wildlife site and I don't even know who owns it or what its called. There looks like a large lake and a smaller pond near it. It's in the middle of some industrial park. Anyone been here?

I passed it many times. I am pretty sure it's private and it really is just a place that collects the water from the storm drains from the industrial area, which then flows into the Passaic river. I guess it holds carp and pan fish, but with the conditions now, I wonder if it even has water in it.

i have a buddy who lives near there. it's always had water when I've driven by it. he says it's posted no fishing, but he has seen people fishing occasionally. between the parking lot/roof runoff and the geese i never wanted to fish it.

If it's posted no fishing I won't even bother with it then. I had a feeling it was some cooling pond or something

Off Chapin Rd(off 46 E). Signs clearly say 'No Fishing'. I work nearby so it was quickly scouted out and then crossed off my 'to do' list.

I worked about a half mile from this pond for a couple years. Never fished it, and there are a few NO FISHING signs around it. Looks to be very shallow, and loaded with that green slime that happens when there is lots of landscaping run-off entering the water.

Now if you look again at your picture, you'll see a smaller pond right at the lower left of the screen shot you posted. That, my friend, is where you should be fishing.
