![]() There are better parts to use, especially the base, at lowes. But it is a great way to powder coat. I use three inch. Have used four. I have more than one hose going in the base of some also due to heavier powder.

Really dependent on size of jigs. If you're dipping that size, will need clearance around sides and enough depth to coat them properly/ completely. Properly built, will save you time and $$$ in supplies. Ensure your pump is strong enough to force the proper air flow, Install a flow valve for better control.
