Couple hrs. on farrington

Felt a little better this afternoon from my toothache and was going stir crazy so took a ride to check out farrington lake. Couple guys out and ice was safe prob about 3/4 inches so grabbed my gear and hit the ice for two hrs. Fished cove where F&G used to set the nets for pike hoping for a little action.
No such luck but still felt good to be out for a few hrs. My highlight of the day was while talking to the guys ice fishing by church lane was a beautiful Bald Eagle flew over us! Awesome sight, have seen them before up north but never around here!
