Jigs in 1.5 hours...

I called Sam at 8:30 this morning to tell him I needed some lead heads to add to my pile for Sunday and I needed them at SOME point today so I'd have time to spray and dip them. 20 brand new jigs in my hands at 10am DELIVERED to my shop in Saddle Brook. You Physically cannot do better than that, nor can you beat his prices. Thanks again Sam, my trip on Sunday will be a LOT better now with some shiny new Jigs for all 4-5 guys.

Is having access to a professional spray cabinet unfair? It almost looks like I know what I'm doing. Going to do All Chartreuse with Pink underbelly and then do a coat of Clear Poly tomorrow morning and use white tail and flash. I expect to catch a DOORMAT... or at least some dinner.

Yep. I just dipped them in Poly, they look really good... Well first I tried lacquering over the paint with Nitrocellulose and that didn't work out so well. Either it needs more dry time or Rustoleum and Lacquer don't mix because it immediately bubbled up and crackled off. So glad I only did one as an experiment.
