Thumbs up That Raritan Ribber, putting out!!! 5/20

Hit the river on an after work mission 1 day last week. Armed with plugs and Shads and everything else you could possibly use I chose to start with Shads! Jigged up a keeper Walleye around 18-20 inches almost instantly. Lost her on the lift but saw her and she was purdy for sure. Launched the Shad to the other side of the river and it got inhaled by a big Green Carp on the fall. Fish jumped a few times and sure was a cutie. I don’t see many of these things in this area of the river. It was a pleasant surprise! Jigged the Shad here and there and got smoked by a nice 25 inch Walleye right around sunset. She was a sexy beast for sure. Pretty good after work trip.

Today, Friday, I had a random day off work and arrived to the spot with no other anglers in sight. I had a feeling! I like when I have feelings. Started with the plug bright and early and had keeper Stripers to 31 inches right off the bat, 3 Keepers landed. That bite slowed so I switched to the Shads and landed short Stripers, a 3lb. Flathead and a solid 23 inch Walleye. This was certainly a fun morning as I don’t take many days off work. Nice to see nobody down there on a Friday and have the area to myself. The river level was perfect! TIGHT LINEZ!!!

P.S. Jigman??? Will you share your pet Musky with me??? Pretty please!?!?

WTG! That spot sure produces, but I've been skunked there plenty of times too. The other day it was PACKED so I moved on , something sure was happening and the word got out!

Nice going Eddie. Good mixed bag. I'm sure my pet serpent was in there toying around. She's all yours now. Lol!
