Missed fishing days due to weather.
I wonder if the subject of missed fishing days due to bad weather, high winds etc are factored in when the fishing regulations are decided? Has this subject even been brought up? I wonder what the percentage of the season is lost due to missed fishing days due to bad weather. Somebody must have the facts.

No they use fantasy numbers. I remember in November and December after Hurricane Sandy there was no drop in catches even though very few working boats were left in the water.
