Daddy/Daughter Spring Stripers

My daughter and I hit a back bay yesterday in search of Stripers and White Perch. While the Stripers came to play, the White Perch did not. For some reason, Perch elude my daughter and I and they're on our bucket list, especially my daughter. But the Stripers were chewing. Between my daughter and I and my friend, 7 fish caught. My daughter pulled in a 25 incher and my friend a 27 incher. All fish were safely released, unharmed. All fish were caught on bloodworms. It really was an awesome first trip of 2021 for us. My daughter and I wish everyone good luck this season!

Great report! She certainly didn't lose her enthusiasm for fishing over the long winter! Great stuff, good to see you caught a few early season bass. Those are some nice clean healthy looking fish, congrats!

Thanks so much man! They were all healthy fish, we had a blast. And she definitely didn't lose it! Next year shes applying for the Junior Mate program
