Snowy Pike

This weekend we sought out some pike in some open river water. Was tricky with walking through the snow and finding shore without too much frozen edges.

Surprisingly the pike were malicious and fought hard, the cold seems to energize them lol. Unsure what the water temps were exactly.

Probably my last thing to report for this week; so Merry Christmas njfers! I miss the buffet! I hope we can do a party at JJ Bitting's sometime next year as long as things turn out for the better

Great catch Luke! They are very aggressive this time of year. Should be settling down soon though. Always a fun fish to catch!
